Jo - Practice Manager/Treatment Co-ordinator

She has been a part of the Leigh Jones Orthodontic team for almost 10 years… ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of every patient is her priority. Prior to joining LJO she worked extensively in the medical field holding various positions including Practice Manager. More recently both Jo and her daughter have undergone orthodontic treatment under Leigh’s expert care which has further enhanced her understanding of exactly what it is like to undergo treatment both as a parent and a patient

Jo has further increased her orthodontic knowledge and experience over the years by attending numerous workshops and conferences both in Australia and overseas. She also attends dental study group meetings and lectures on a regular basis where the latest topics in orthodontics and dentistry are discussed.

Her life outside orthodontics includes enjoying time spent eating out, cooking, movies and reading.

Clinic Staff

Natasha – Dental Hygienist

Natasha joined Leigh Jones Orthodontics in 1998 after completing her Bachelor of Dental Therapy and Hygiene from Curtin University in Western Australia. She is currently registered with the Dental Board of NSW and is a member of the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia.

Natasha is highly efficient and professional attending training courses, conferences and dental lectures for ongoing personal development whenever she can.

When not at LJO she enjoys running and spending time with her family.

Brooke – Dental Hygienist

Brooke completed her Dental Hygiene studies at the end of 2003 in Adelaide at the Torrens Valley Tafe in conjunction with Adelaide University. She finished in the top of her year receiving an award for "Excellence in Dental Hygiene".

She is currently registered with the Dental Board of NSW and is a member of the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia.

Brooke regularly attends orthodontic conferences for ongoing personal & professional development, learning new techniques and training her team.

Amy – Dental Hygienist

Amy has been with Leigh Jones Orthodontics for 8 years. She has just recently completed her Bachelor of Oral Health after initially obtaining her Certificate III Dental Assisting & Dental Radiology. She is currently registered with the Dental Board of NSW and is a member of the Dental Hygiene Association of Australia.

Amy is determined to make a difference and guarantees an outstanding experience for every patient.

When not at LJO she enjoys cooking, dancing and spending time with friends and family.

Laura – Dental Assistant

Laura joined Leigh Jones Orthodontics over 6 years ago and hasn’t looked back. She has completed her Certificate III Dental Assisting & Computer Studies. Laura is extremely dedicated to working in orthodontics and has just returned from spending 9 months in Melbourne cross training and further developing her skills.

Outside of LJO Laura likes to spend her time catching up with friends and family, exercising, cooking and listening to music.

Charlotte – Dental Assistant

Charlotte has been with Leigh Jones Orthodontics for 2 years. She has recently completed her Certificate III Dental Assisting. Charlotte believes that orthodontics really can make a difference after she recently just had her own braces removed. You can’t stop her smiling!

In her spare time she enjoys spending time outdoors, live music and spending time with friends and family.

Jessica – Dental Assistant

Jessica joined Leigh Jones Orthodontics several years ago and has completed her Certificate III in Dental Assisting. You can always depend on Jess for outstanding care and commitment in looking after each and every patient.

When not at LJO she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, caring for her pets and cooking.

Kristy – Dental Assistant

Kristy recently joined Leigh Jones Orthodontics in 2008. She is diligent, keen and always has a sparkle in her eye! She makes every patient feel welcome from the moment they enter the practice.

Outside of LJO she enjoys going to the beach and catching up with family and friends.

Brekita – Dental Assistant

Brekita recently joined the Leigh Jones Orthodontic team and is looking forward to meeting each and every patient over the coming months. Able to provide outstanding levels of encouragement she makes every patient feel relaxed and comfortable throughout their entire visit with us here at LJO.

In her spare time she enjoys seeing family and friends, the beach and live music.

Reception Staff

Lisa – Reception Manager

Lisa has been with Leigh Jones Orthodontics for over two years and thoroughly enjoys the face to face contact with patients. With her exceptional organizational skills she keeps all patients informed and up-to-date on the latest happenings at LJO.

Outside of orthodontics Lisa enjoys spending her time reading, cooking and going to the movies.

Sue – Reception

Sue joined Leigh Jones Orthodontics in late 2007 and enjoys “greeting and meeting” all the patients at LJO. A thoroughly reliable, thoughtful and dependable team member, Sue makes sure that every patient request is met in a timely and caring fashion.

In her spare time Sue enjoys sailing, walking, reading, cooking and gardening.

Marianne – Reception

Another member of our reception staff, Marianne joined the Leigh Jones Orthodontic team in 2008. As soon as you walk through the door you will see her smiling face and she will always make time to say hello and to answer any questions or queries.

When not at Leigh Jones Orthodontics she enjoys entertaining, cooking, going for walks, yoga and travelling.
